Abstract—Tourism is a rapidly growing industry in the Asian and Pacific Region, disabled person and older persons are becoming a growing group of consumers of travel, sports and other leisure-oriented products and services. However, their travel experiences are still characterized by transportation constraints, inaccessible accommodation and tourism sites, and inadequate customer services. Purpose of this paper is to identify the constraints gone through by the disabled tourists in the transportation services in the National Parks in Johor State. From the observation and interview session, it is found that there is no public transportation service in the entire park and inadequate of other support facilities which are essential for the disabled community. Even though, this community is often referred as minority community but their population is growing day by day. Therefore an appropriate and accessible public transportation service is required in all the national parks in Malaysia.
